Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Antonella, and I am a UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) registered, BACP registered member (MBACP) accredited integrative counsellor, psychotherapist, and supervisor with over 20 years of experience in both private and public mental health sectors.

Should you wish to enquire, please email me and we can arrange an initial free-of-charge phone call, where we will discuss what brought you to psychotherapy, express the goals you may wish to achieve, and the doubts you may have about therapy.
Alternatively, I offer a 30-minute online introductory session for which I charge £40. This is to give us a better chance to understand if and how we might work together. I will explain my policy on confidentiality, fees, and appointment times.
My practice is based in the Liverpool Street area, Shoreditch, and online via Zoom if needed.
